White Whale
This is White Whale. It's a ground floor flat in Whitby. About five minutes to the beach and the harbour. You can hear the seagulls.
It's for two people. One bedroom with a shower room right off it. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after and comfortable. It's all open plan, so the kitchen, living area and bedroom are together.
There's a shop and a pub about fifty yards away, which is handy. The beach is a couple of hundred yards.
Whitby itself is all there, right on the doorstep. The old town with the abbey up the steps, the shops, the fish and chips. It can get busy, especially when there's a Goth Weekend or Folk Week on.
If you want to get out, the North York Moors start just behind the town. The Yorkshire Coast path is there too. Robin Hood's Bay is a short drive south. Scarborough is about forty minutes down the coast.
Facilities wise: the bed's made up for you, there's towels, wifi, a TV. There's room to store a bike if you bring one. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
