Pannett Place is an apartment in Whitby. It's part of a new development, so everything is clean and modern. It's on the first floor, above the car park.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms: one double and one twin. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the parking. You get your own designated space in the undercroft. That's a real advantage in Whitby, especially in summer when it gets busy.
The apartment itself is bright and open plan. The living area and kitchen are all in one space. It's well-equipped with a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
It's in a quiet spot but you're only a short walk from the middle of town. You can easily get to the harbour, the 199 steps up to the abbey, and all the shops and pubs.
The beach is about three quarters of a mile away. It's a good long stretch of sand that goes all the way to Sandsend.
For bigger days out, you're right on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. The Cleveland Way coastal path runs right past Whitby if you want a proper walk. Robin Hood's Bay is a short drive or a nice walk along the old railway line, the Cinder Track.
Scarborough is about 40 minutes down the coast if you fancy the Sea Life Centre or a traditional seaside day. York is about an hour and a half's drive inland.
No pets, I'm afraid.
