Picturesk
Picturesk is a flat on the first floor in Whitby. It looks out across the river towards the Abbey. You can sit at the window and watch the boats.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. Please note it's an apartment, so you share the building entrance and grounds with other residents. The grounds have some seating and a small play area for children.
You can walk into the centre of Whitby along the river. It's a nice stroll and means you might not need the car much once you're here. The famous 199 steps up to the Abbey are close by. The town has all the usual shops, plus the jet jewellery places.
You're right on the Cleveland Way for walking. The North York Moors are very close. For a day out, you can drive down the coast to Scarborough or go to Pickering for the steam railway. It's about a half hour drive to either.
In terms of what's here: there's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is allowed. There's a local pub nearby.
