Coachman's House
Coachman's House is in Whitby, just a few steps back from Church Street. It's set over three floors, so there are two sets of stairs inside. It's a modern place, but it's in a very old part of town.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well kept and comfortable. Everything you need is there: washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, bedding and towels are included. We don't allow pets, I'm afraid.
The location is the main thing. You're right in the middle of it, but not right on the noisy street. You can walk to the beach, the abbey, and St. Mary's Church in a couple of minutes. There's a pub about twenty yards away and restaurants even closer. The shops on Church Street are a short walk.
For walking, you can pick up the Cleveland Way coastal path easily. The Cinder Track is good too, it's a disused railway line that goes out towards Robin Hood's Bay. You can get to the North York Moors National Park by car in no time.
