Carmel
Carmel is in Whitby. It's a semi-detached house built in the 1950s. It's been completely done up. Sleeps ten, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating.
The layout is over three floors. On the ground floor, there's an open plan kitchen and dining area. Off that, there's a snug with a TV and a double sofa bed. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and a shower room. Steps go down from the dining area to the main living room. That's got a wood burner. Doors lead out to the garden. The garden is south facing, so it gets the sun. It's enclosed, has artificial grass, a summerhouse, and a barbecue.
Upstairs on the first floor are the other three bedrooms. One has an en-suite shower room. There's a separate family bathroom too.
You can park two cars off the road. The beach is about a ten minute walk. The nearest shop, pub, and restaurant are about five minutes away.
For facilities, it's got pretty much everything: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. A highchair and stairgate are there if you need them. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
Whitby's got the beach, the Abbey, the harbour. You can walk along the coast to Sandsend. For a day out, the North York Moors are right there. North York Moors National Park has good information. Whitby Abbey is the main historical site. Flamingo Land theme park is about an hour's drive away.
