This is Annie's Place in Whitby. It's a flat above our sweet shop on Church Street.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, but it's an old building so expect things like uneven floors.
You're right in the middle of the old town. The front windows look down the cobbled street, and the back looks over the harbour towards West Cliff. It's a duplex, so the living room and kitchen are on the first floor and the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs.
The shop is literally downstairs. The pub is about a minute's walk. The beach is five minutes away. Whitby Abbey is at the top of the 199 steps, which is just up the road.
The beach is big and long, good for dogs and kids. You can walk for miles along it towards Sandsend. Staithes is about twenty minutes north by car, and Robin Hood's Bay is about fifteen minutes south. Scarborough is maybe forty minutes.
It has wifi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We allow one well-behaved dog.
