Seaside Haven is in Whitby. It's a modern place on a quiet estate, a few streets back from the harbour. You get your own parking space, which is worth having.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin. One bathroom with a shower over the bath. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and has everything you need. It's clean.
The living area is open plan with big windows, so it's light. There are two sofas. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
It's about a fifteen minute walk down to the harbour and the old town. The beach is a bit further, maybe twenty minutes. There's a pub a few minutes away.
Whitby itself is good for the usual stuff: fish and chips, walking along the front, looking at the boats. The Abbey is up the 199 steps. The Cleveland Way coastal path goes right through.
If you drive, you can get to Robin Hood's Bay in about fifteen minutes. The North York Moors start not far away. The steam train from Whitby to Goathland takes about half an hour.
It's a straightforward flat in a good spot. Useful links for planning: North York Moors National Park and National Trust Yorkshire Coast.
