Rose Cottage 1 is in Sneaton. It's a stone terrace cottage, over two hundred years old. The owners live next door. It's quiet here, just a small hamlet really.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The living room and kitchen are open plan.
You get the garden to yourselves. It's a decent size lawn, fenced pretty well. There's a barbecue out there for when it's sunny. Parking is on site.
There's a shop about a hundred yards away, and a pub doing food just a bit further on. Both are handy.
Whitby's about a ten minute drive. It's got the Abbey, the harbour, and all the shops. The beach at Sandsend is nice, about three miles. Robin Hood's Bay is a lovely spot too, maybe a fifteen minute drive.
You're right on the edge of the North York Moors. Good for walking. The Esk Valley railway is nearby if you fancy a steam train trip.
Inside, there's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
This cottage can be booked with Rose Cottage 2 next door if you've got a bigger group.
