Seacot
Seacot is in Runswick Bay. It's at the top of the village, detached, with its own garden and parking. The view from here is across the cliff tops towards the sea.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's underfloor heating on the ground floor, and a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there's a washing machine in a utility room.
The garden is enclosed and gets the sun. There's a barbecue you can use. You can walk down through the village to the beach. It's a steep walk back up, but that's Runswick Bay for you.
There's a pub in the village, about five minutes walk down the hill. The shop is a mile and a half away in Staithes, so you'll likely drive.
Whitby is about nine miles north. You can see it from the cliff path. The main things there are the Abbey and the Captain Cook connections. Scarborough is south, about twenty miles.
The North York Moors are right behind you for walking. The North York Moors National Park site has trail maps. For the coast, the National Trust Yorkshire Coast page is useful.
