Castleton House is in Staithes, right on the harbour. It's a tall, old fisherman's cottage, so the stairs are quite steep. It's Grade II listed.
It sleeps four. Three bedrooms, but they're small. One bathroom with a shower. You get great sea views from the top floor.
It's got a wood burner in the living room. There's WiFi and satellite TV. Bedding is included.
There's a pub, the Cod and Lobster, about a hundred yards away. The shop is a five minute walk. You get a permit for the village car park.
The cottage is right on the Cleveland Way. You can walk along the cliffs for miles. Within a half hour drive you've got Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay, and the North York Moors.
You can bring one dog. They need to be kept on a lead in the village because of the cliffs.
