Elizabeth Cottage is in Hinderwell, in North Yorkshire. It's a terraced cottage, sleeps two people in one bedroom.
The living room has an open fire. You get a basket of logs when you arrive. There's a Smart TV and WiFi. The stairs are typical cottage stairs: two short flights with a small landing in between. They're a bit steep, but there's a handrail.
The bedroom has a double bed with a Hypnos mattress. People tend to sleep well. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Outside, there's an enclosed courtyard that faces south. It gets the sun most of the day. There's a small patio with a table and chairs.
You can bring one dog. There's on-site parking for one car.
In the village, there's a butcher's shop that also sells groceries, a fish and chip shop, and two pubs. The bus to Whitby stops nearby and runs quite regularly, which is useful in peak season.
The coast is about a mile away. Runswick Bay and Staithes are a few minutes’ drive. Whitby is about fifteen minutes by car. The Cleveland Way footpath passes close by if you’re walking. For a longer drive, the North York Moors are all around.
