Thistle-Doo Nicely is a cottage in Staithes. It's a four-storey fisherman's cottage, which means you're going up and down a lot of stairs. They're quite steep, but they're fine if you take your time.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but it isn't luxurious. The position is good though, you're only about a hundred yards from the beach and you get a view over the village.
There's a shop and pubs within a couple of minutes walk. The village itself is small and old-fashioned, the kind of place that hasn't changed much.
If you drive, Whitby is about ten miles away. You've got the Abbey and the old town there. The North York Moors National Park is inland, which is all moorland and villages. Good for walking. The coast path is right there as well.
In terms of what's here: there's a TV, wifi, a shower, and bedding and towels are included. It says pets are allowed, up to two. Parking is on street, you can usually find a spot nearby.
