Cleveland Way Cottage is in Skinningrove, between Saltburn and Staithes. It's an old fisherman's cottage, modernised inside.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The front rooms all look straight out to the sea, which is nice.
You walk out the front door and you're right on the Cleveland Way path. So you can just start walking along the coast straight away. The village has a shop, a pub, and a restaurant within a few minutes' walk. The local beaches are very good, quiet most of the time.
For days out, Whitby is about 12 miles up the coast. You've got the whole North York Moors on the other side. Goathland and Grosmont are nearby if you want to see the steam railway. For birdwatchers, the RSPB Saltholme reserve is a short drive.
The cottage has a wood burner for cooler days, and a small enclosed patio area if the sun's out. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
