Frank's View is an apartment in that big old hotel building on Saltburn seafront. It's on the first floor. You get a private parking space.
The place sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It has a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The views are really very good, straight out over the beach and the sea.
It's in an old building so the space feels grand, but the stairs up to it are fairly big. The layout is a bit of a product of the building. There's a balcony that wraps around. Good spot for a drink.
You're right on top of everything. The beach is a two minute walk down the hill. There's a pub about 50 yards away. The local shop is close too. Saltburn itself is nice. It's got a pier, a few cafes and restaurants, and that old cliff lift.
The Cleveland Way walking path runs right past. It's good for coastal walks. You're also on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. For a drive, Whitby is about 40 minutes away. York is just over an hour.
In terms of what's here: there's a dishwasher, WiFi, a TV, and all your bedding and towels are included. The parking is a definite plus. No pets.
A couple of links if you're planning: the National Trust for York and Yorkshire has local info, and the England Coast Path site covers the walking routes.
