The Cottage is in Lingdale, up on the Cleveland coast. It's one of two converted barns next to each other. There's a door between them that can be opened if you're booking both for a bigger group, otherwise it's locked.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms upstairs, a twin and a single, and a shower room. The stairs are a typical cottage staircase, so they're a bit steep and turn halfway.
It's open plan downstairs. Kitchen, sitting area, and a door out to the patio. The patio gets the evening sun and looks out over fields towards the coast. There's a proper garden area that's fully enclosed, plus a big playing field next to it that's good for kids or kicking a ball about. The fields around the barns are fine for dog walking.
You're about four miles from Saltburn. It's a Victorian seaside town with a pier and a cliff lift. Staithes is about nine miles, that's a proper old fishing village with cobbled streets. Whitby is a twenty-five minute drive. The North York Moors are right there too, so you can drive inland for walks or just head along the coast.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and has what you need. There's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, and an electric vehicle charger. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
