Sea View Penthouse - Regency Mansion

This is the Sea View Penthouse in Regency Mansion, right on the front at Redcar. It's the top floor apartment of a big Victorian building. The name's accurate: you get a clear view of the sea and the beach from the main living space.

It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. One of them is a wet room with grab rails. It has a 4 Star rating.

You're right on the promenade. Turn left out the door and you're on the beach. Turn right and you're in the town centre in a couple of minutes. The local pub is about a five minute walk. Redcar's got the arcades, fish and chips, the lot. They race horses on the beach sometimes.

If you want to explore, Saltburn-by-the-Sea is the next town along the coast. It’s about a fifteen minute drive. They have a proper pier and it’s good for surfing. Whitby is roughly 40 minutes by car. The North York Moors start just south of Redcar, so you can drive into the moors in under half an hour. The North York Moors National Park website has walking routes.

Inside, it's got what you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. All the bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is on site.

One thing to note: it's an apartment in a big old building. You might hear some normal building noise from the other flats. The stairs up to the penthouse are fairly typical for a place like this.
