Field House is in Hinderwell. It's a small terrace cottage on the main street. You get a bit of garden at the front and a patio out the back.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The living space is all open plan downstairs.
Hinderwell has a couple of local pubs that do food, a chip shop, a butcher, and a petrol station. The old school house cafe is nice for lunch.
You're less than a mile from the coast. Runswick Bay beach is about a 20-minute walk or a very short drive. It's a good sandy beach.
Staithes is a few minutes north. Saltburn is about 20 minutes north, it's got a long beach and a pier. South, you've got Sandsend and then Whitby, which is about 15 minutes by car. Robin Hood's Bay is a bit further.
The Cleveland Way path runs along the cliff tops here if you want to walk. For the moors, the North York Moors National Park is inland. The heritage railway from Whitby goes through Eskdale.
The house has a washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car on the street outside. No pets sorry.
