Rigg Farm Cottage
Rigg Farm Cottage is in Sneatonthorpe, about a fifteen minute drive from Whitby. It's an old farm building we converted. It sleeps seven in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one is a shower room downstairs.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs to one of the double bedrooms are its own separate staircase, which is a bit unusual but gives that room some privacy.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. We allow up to two. There's a games room with a pool table off the living room. The kitchen is a decent size with a table for everyone.
You're well placed for the coast here. Whitby is the closest, with the Abbey and the harbour. Robin Hood's Bay is about twenty minutes south. Staithes and Runswick Bay are a bit further, maybe thirty minutes. The Coast-to-Coast walking trail passes not far from here, and you can get straight onto the Cleveland Way for coastal walks.
For facilities: all bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, WiFi, TV, and parking right outside. The garden has a patio.
