Normanby House

Normanby House is in the centre of Whitby. It's a terraced house that sleeps eight.

It’s got four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one on each floor. The bedrooms are on different floors, so you get a bit of separation if you want it.

The main living space is open-plan. There’s a big kitchen island, a dining table, and seating with a TV. It’s a 5 Star place, so everything is new and in good order. It’s all on one level at the back, which is handy.

You’re right in the town. The harbour, the shops, and the 199 Steps up to the Abbey are a few minutes’ walk. Whitby beach is sandy and good for families. For a quieter beach, try Sandsend, just a couple of miles along the coast.

The North York Moors National Park starts straight from the edge of town. The Cleveland Way coastal path runs through here. Robin Hood's Bay is about ten minutes by car. Staithes is maybe twenty minutes.

For facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and parking for one car. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
