Treasure Cove

This is Treasure Cove, a ground-floor apartment in Whitby. It sleeps four. Two decent sized bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room, which is handy.

It's all on one level, so no stairs to worry about. The main living area is open-plan. There's a sort of turret with a window table that looks out to the sea. You can see it from the sofa too.

It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well looked after. You've got a washing machine, a dishwasher, wifi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included.

For the town, you're right in the middle of it. You can walk to everything. The harbour, the abbey, the shops. The famous Whitby Abbey is up the 199 steps. It's a steep climb, but the views are worth it.

If you want to get out of town, the North York Moors National Park starts just on the edge. Good for walking. The coastal path, the Cleveland Way, runs right past. You can walk to Robin Hood's Bay from here along the cliffs if you're feeling energetic. It's about a six mile walk.

Robin Hood's Bay itself is about fifteen minutes by car. Staithes is a bit further, maybe twenty five minutes. Both are nice for a wander. Saltburn is about half an hour south.

The apartment doesn't take pets, I'm afraid.
