Abbey Vista
Abbey Vista is an apartment on the second and third floor of a Victorian house in Whitby. It's on a street that's mostly holiday lets and guest houses, so it's busy in summer. It's right in the middle of things.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and tidy but not high-end. The views from the front windows are the main thing. You look straight out at the Abbey and the sea.
The living room and kitchen are on the first floor you have access to. The main bedroom with a king size bed is on that floor too. The twin bedroom is up another flight of stairs. Those stairs are quite steep, so bear that in mind.
You're about a minute's walk from everything. The harbour, the bridge, the shops. There are plenty of pubs and cafes on the same street. For a good walk, you can go up the 199 Steps to the Abbey or head along the coast path either way.
Robin Hood's Bay is about a fifteen minute drive south. Staithes is maybe twenty-five minutes north. Both are worth a trip. The North York Moors are right on the doorstep if you fancy a drive inland.
What's here: WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Sorry, no pets allowed.
