Flat Lemonade
Flat Lemonade is a holiday flat in Whitby. It's on the first floor of a building just up from the harbour. You can walk into town in about five minutes. It's all pretty level from here.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. You can have one pet. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. There's an open plan living area with a kitchen, sofa, and TV. The kitchen is new and has an island with stools. One bedroom has a kingsize bed that can be split into twins if you ask beforehand.
You get your own parking bay, which is a real plus in Whitby. The flat has everything you'd expect: WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and all the bedding and towels are included.
Whitby itself is just outside. The harbour, the shops, the abbey, it's all there. The Whitby Abbey ruins are up on the East Cliff. It's a good walk up the 199 steps. The beach is a sandy harbour beach, or there's the bigger one at Sandsend, which is about three miles along the coast road.
If you want to explore further, Robin Hood's Bay is about a 15 minute drive south. Goathland, which is the station for the North York Moors Railway, is about a 20 minute drive inland. The North York Moors National Park starts just west of the town.
