Riverside Walk is in Ruswarp, a village right by Whitby. It's an apartment in a converted mill by the river. You get your own parking space with an electric charger.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with double beds. Two bathrooms, one is an en-suite shower room. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's done up to a very high standard. Everything's new and it feels quite smart. The stairs up to the apartment are a standard flight, not steep.
The main thing is the view. Big windows look right onto the heritage railway line. You see the steam trains going past to and from Whitby. It's a proper feature. The kitchen is large and has a dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment isn't suitable for young children. It's stated as not for under 12s.
Ruswarp has a village green. There's a pub over there that does food. You can hire rowing boats or kayaks on the river. Whitby is the next stop on the train, or about five minutes in the car.
From Whitby, you've got everything. The abbey, the beaches, the shops. The North York Moors are right there for driving or walking. Robin Hood's Bay is about ten minutes south. Scarborough is about half an hour down the coast.
For planning, the North York Moors National Park site is useful. So is English Heritage for Whitby Abbey.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, parking, the EV charger, bedding and towels included. No pets.
