Broadstone Cottage

The garden is a good size and fully enclosed. There's parking on the drive for two cars, maybe more if you're careful. It's pet friendly, up to two dogs.
Inside, it's open plan at the back. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, towels and bedding are included. There's a cot if you need it.
For the beach, Preston Sands is less than a mile away. It's sandy and safe. Paignton Beach and its pier are about the same distance, maybe a bit more of a walk. The South West Coast Path is close by for walks.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, and Kents Cavern in Torquay. Cockington Country Park is nearby for a walk. Dartmouth and Dartmoor are both roughly a 30 minute drive away, depending on traffic.
