The Seahorse - 1 Harbour Lights
The Seahorse is flat number one in the Harbour Lights building, right in Brixham. It's on the first floor, looking straight out over the harbour. The view is the main thing. You can see the boats and the bay from the living area and the main bedroom.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms: one double and one with two singles. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The building is modern. You get one parking space on site.
The flat is open plan. Floorboards throughout. The kitchen is fine for cooking meals. If you like fish, the market on the harbour is a couple of minutes walk away. You can get a travel cot if you need one.
You're basically right on the harbour wall. You can walk to the shops, the pubs, and the marina in a few minutes. Breakwater Beach is a short walk around the headland. For a longer walk, Berry Head is good. It's a National Nature Reserve. The South West Coast Path runs through it.
For a day out, Paignton and Torquay are about twenty minutes by car. Totnes is about half an hour. Dartmoor National Park is around forty minutes drive.
Facilities include wifi and that parking space. No pets allowed, I'm afraid.
