The Seahorse is flat number one in the Harbour Lights block. It's on the first floor. It looks out over Brixham harbour, so you get a proper view of the boats and the sea.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. It's an apartment, so you'll hear some normal building noise from the neighbours now and then.
The living area and main bedroom both face the harbour. The view is the main thing. You can sit with a cup of tea and just watch the comings and goings. The kitchen is new and has what you need. Floors are wood, so it can be a bit noisy underfoot.
Parking is on site, which is a bonus here. There's a washing machine and WiFi. Bedding is included. No pets, sorry.
You're right in Brixham. It's a five minute walk down to the harbour front. The fish market is there if you want to cook something fresh. There are pubs and shops close by.
For a beach day, Breakwater Beach is a short walk. Berry Head is a good walk too, up past the old fort. The South West Coast Path runs right past it if you want a longer hike.
Within about half an hour you can drive to Torquay or Paignton. Dartmouth is a bit further, maybe forty minutes depending on the ferry. For planning, the National Trust Devon site is useful for properties like Coleton Fishacre. English Heritage looks after Berry Head.
