This is Apartment 5, up in Astor House. It's a big Victorian villa that's been converted into flats. This one sleeps three, with one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. They accept two dogs.
You're in Torquay, near the centre. The sea view is to the south. The beach is about a five minute walk. There's a shop 150 yards away, and a pub and restaurant just past that, about 350 yards.
The flat has a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is on site. WiFi and TV are there.
You get membership to use the leisure facilities at the Imperial Hotel, which is nearby.
For things to do, Kent's Cavern and the Model Village are in Torquay. Paignton Zoo is about a mile away. The harbour and the Pavilion are a short walk.
Within a half hour drive you can get to Totnes, which is an old town on the river. Dartington Hall and its gardens are that way too. Brixham is a proper fishing port, about fifteen minutes in the car.
Further out, you've got Dartmouth, Salcombe, Dartmoor, Exeter and Plymouth all within an hour or so.
