Sunny Parkside
Sunny Parkside is in Paignton, in a quiet bit overlooking a park. It's a three-bedroom house that sleeps six. It's got two bathrooms, which helps with a full house. The official rating is 4 Star.
The main thing is the space and the light. The living room is a good size. The kitchen opens out to a big garden with a deck. There's a table and chairs out there, and a covered hot tub you can use. We let up to two dogs come as well.
It's got what you'd expect. Wifi, dishwasher, parking on the drive. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Location wise, you're right in Paignton. The beach and the town are a short walk. Paignton Zoo is very close. For a bigger day out, you're in a good spot for the rest of South Devon. Torquay's about ten minutes in the car. Dartmouth and Brixham are maybe twenty minutes. Dartmoor is about half an hour away for a walk.
