Sunny Parkside
Sunny Parkside is in Paignton, near the centre of town. It's a detached house. It looks right out onto a park, which is handy if you've got kids.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star, so it's well looked after. The living room and kitchen are both a good size.
The garden is a proper feature. It's got a deck with a table and chairs, and a covered hot tub that's private to you. You're allowed up to two dogs.
You're very close to things. Paignton Zoo is basically opposite. The beach and the leisure centre with the pool are a short walk away. There's a local pub nearby too.
If you want to go further, Brixham and Torquay are along the coast. For a bigger day out, you can drive into Dartmoor in about half an hour, or go down to Start Point lighthouse.
