15 Belvedere Court is a first floor apartment in Paignton. It's got a balcony. There's one allocated parking space.
It sleeps six, in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. One is an en-suite. The main bedroom is kingsize, and the second is a bunk room.
It's a 4 Star place. Which means everything is good quality and works. It's clean and modern.
It's a five minute walk down to Paignton Beach, and about the same to get to the pier. That's if you just want sand and sea in your day without needing the car.
The Paignton Zoo is close. That's a good day out, especially if you have children. The South Devon Railway steam trains are fun for a trip.
For a walk along the coast, the South West Coast Path has entrances just outside town. You can walk towards Brixham or Torquay. Babbacombe is just over the hill. It has a model village and a cliff railway down to Oddicombe Beach.
Torquay is next door, about ten minutes by car.
The facilities here are what you'd expect: WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher. No pets, sorry.
