15 Belvedere Court is an apartment in Paignton. It's first floor, so there are some stairs to get up. You get a balcony that looks straight out over Preston Sands beach. The view is the main thing. You can see right across the bay to Torquay on one side and Brixham on the other.
It sleeps six but has two bedrooms, so some people will be on the sofa beds in the living area. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well kept.
The beach is just across the road. Paignton town centre is about a ten minute walk along the front. There's a local pub nearby.
For things to do, you're in a good spot. The English Riviera website has all the local events. Paignton Zoo is close by. You can drive to Brixham harbour in about ten minutes, or to Torquay in fifteen. Dartmoor is less than half an hour away if you want a change from the coast. The South West Coast Path is right there if you want to walk.
