Harbreck Heights is a modern apartment block on the hill above Torquay Marina. Masts B9 is a first floor flat there. It's got three bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Sleeps up to five.
It's a five star place, so it's well finished. Smart furnishings. Good appliances. The main living area is open plan, lots of light. It looks straight out over the bay. You get a private balcony with a table and chairs. You can watch the boats from there.
The views are the main thing. You can see right along the coast from the living room and master bedroom. Sunsets are good from the balcony.
It's a short walk downhill to the town centre and the seafront. Ten minutes maybe. You're close to everything. The Rock Walk gardens start right at the bottom of the development.
Inside, there's a big TV with Sky Cinema. Lots of books and DVDs. They've got things for small children too: a travel cot, high chair, baby bath. The stairs inside are normal, not steep.
Torquay has the usual seaside things. Model Village, Kent's Cavern, boat trips over to Brixham. Cockington Country Park is a short drive away.
For facilities: there's parking on site, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. The bedding is included. No pets.
