52 Moorings Reach is a third-floor flat on an estate right by the marina in Brixham. It's part of a crescent of buildings set back a bit from the water, so it's quieter than you'd think, but you still get a good view over the boats from the main living room.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which helps. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after. The balcony has a couple of chairs. It's a good spot to sit with a drink.
You can walk into the centre of Brixham in a few minutes, just follow the harbour wall. All the shops and pubs are there. If you go the other way, you get to Breakwater Beach pretty quickly.
Paignton is about five miles away. That's where the zoo is, and the steam railway. Torquay is another three miles on from that, for more shops and things like Living Coasts.
The flat comes with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's parking on site. WiFi is included. No pets, I'm afraid.
