52 Moorings Reach is in Brixham, on the third floor. It's a flat in that award-winning crescent you might have seen by the marina. It's set back a bit from the water, so it's quieter than being right on the front, but you still get a good view over the boats from the balcony. The balcony has two chairs.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a proper flat, not a cottage, so everything is on one level once you're up there.
You can walk into the centre of Brixham in a few minutes along the harbour wall. All the shops, fish and chip shops, and pubs are down there. If you turn the other way and walk along the front, you get to Breakwater Beach.
Paignton is about five miles. That's where Paignton Zoo is, and the steam railway. Torquay is another three miles on from there for more seafront stuff, like Living Coasts or the theatre.
For facilities, it's got a dishwasher, a washing machine, and WiFi. There's parking on site. Sorry, no pets.
