Riviera View

Riviera View is a one-bedroom flat on the first and second floor of a small building. It sleeps two. The main thing is the view. You get a full, wide view of Tor Bay from the main living space and the bedroom. It's on a quiet road, but you can walk to the harbour in five minutes and into town centre in about ten.

It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well looked after and comfortable. You enter on the second floor. That's where the bedroom and bathroom are. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Then you go down a half flight of stairs to the main living area. It's all open plan, kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a big island. There's a TV. I've left a telescope up there too, for looking at the boats.

There's a garden at the back. It's tiered, so there are a few steps and a sloped path going up to different patio and lawn bits. It's sunny in the afternoon.

You're on the edge of the town centre, so you can walk to most things. The seafront, shops, and restaurants are close. The local pub is about half a mile. The South West Coast Path is right there if you want a walk. Babbacombe Model Village and Kent's Cavern are within a twenty minute drive. You can get a ferry from the harbour over to Paignton or Brixham for the day.

For facilities: there's on-site parking for one car, WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. All the electricity is in the price. No pets, sorry.

If you're planning trips out, the National Trust has several properties nearby, like Coleton Fishacre. The English Heritage site at Berry Pomeroy Castle is about forty minutes away.
