Cockington Bay Fort is in Torquay. It's one flat in a big old Victorian house that looks out over the marina and the sea.
It sleeps four, but it's all in one room. There's a king-size bed and a sofa bed. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. You can bring two dogs.
The view is the main thing. It faces south, so you get sun most of the day. You can see right across the bay to Paignton and Brixham. On a clear day, you can see Dartmoor in the distance.
You've got a patio with that view. The newly done Royal Terrace Gardens on the seafront are just down the hill. It's a good spot for watching the Red Arrows or fireworks.
Torre Abbey Sands beach is a short walk away. The South West Coast Path goes right past if you want a longer walk. For a day out, you've got Babbacombe Model Village about ten minutes away by car, or Kents Cavern up the hill.
It's got WiFi. There's parking. The other flats in the building are also holiday lets.
For planning, the English Riviera website has local info, and the South West Coast Path site is good for walks.
