Cockington Bay Fort is in Torquay. It's one of four apartments in a big Victorian house that looks right out over the marina and the sea.
It sleeps four. There's one bedroom with a double bed and two sofa beds in the living area. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The views are the main thing. You get a full panorama of the bay, facing south.
You can walk down to the water from here. The seafront gardens have been done up and are nice for a stroll. They're a good spot to watch events like the Red Arrows when they're on.
Torquay town centre is close by for shops and places to eat. Paignton and Brixham are just across the bay. You can see them from the window.
Dartmoor is about half an hour's drive inland if you fancy a change from the coast. The National Trust looks after a few spots around here, like Cockington Court itself, which is a short walk away.
For facilities, you've got your own patio area, WiFi, and it's all on one level so it's accessible. It's a seaside property, so you will get some seagull noise. You can bring up to two dogs.
