Serenity Sands

Serenity Sands is a ground floor flat in Goodrington, Paignton. It's been done up and it's a short walk to the beach.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom, and it's got the 4 Star rating which means it's well equipped. It's all on one level which is handy.

The main room is L-shaped, so the living, dining and kitchen areas are together. There's a big TV. A door leads to a small conservatory with chairs. The bedroom has an en-suite with both a bath and a shower.

Outside, there's a private, enclosed lawn garden and a parking space for one car.

The beach at Goodrington is just down the road. There are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance.

Paignton centre is about two miles away. They've got the usual seafront things - arcades, crazy golf, a cinema. Brixham is about four miles. It's a proper fishing harbour with good seafood. The walk out to Berry Head is worth it.

For wider days out, the Dartmoor National Park is about half an hour's drive. So is Torquay and the South Devon coast.

Included in the price: bed linen, towels, WiFi, and the electricity. There's a washing machine. No pets.
