Serenity Sands
Serenity Sands is a flat in Goodrington, Paignton. It's a ground floor place, all on one level. Sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom.
It was renovated a few years ago. The living area is open plan and quite light, with doors out to a conservatory. There's a big TV. The bedroom is a decent size with its own bathroom. The bath is one of those standalone ones, and there's a good shower over it.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy, and there's space for one car right outside.
The main thing is the location. You're basically across the road from the beach at Goodrington Sands. It's less than a minute's walk. There are a few places to eat and drink within a short walk as well.
Goodrington is between Paignton and Brixham. Paignton has the usual seaside things: a cinema, crazy golf, arcades, that sort of thing. Brixham's the fishing port. It's about a ten-minute drive. They've got the harbour and some good walks like at Berry Head.
For general days out, the National Trust site for Devon is useful. Dartmouth and Torquay are both around twenty to thirty minutes away by car.
Facilities are what you'd expect: Wifi, washing machine, parking. Bedding and towels are included. It's got a 4 Star rating. No pets.
