Sansavino

Sansavino is in Paignton, in an area called Preston. It's between Paignton and Torquay. It's a standard semi-detached house, nothing fancy.

It sleeps six, with three bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. There's a separate toilet downstairs which is handy. The stairs are normal.

The garden is enclosed, which is good if you have dogs or kids. You can get out to it from the kitchen. It's got a patio area and a bit of lawn.

It's a 4 Star place, so it's well kept and comfortable. All the linen and towels are provided. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and parking for one car on the drive.

You can bring up to two dogs.

Location-wise, it's simple. You're a few minutes in the car from the seafront at Paignton. That's where the main beach, the pier, and all the family things are. Torquay is the other way, about the same distance. The beach at Abbey Sands in Torquay is nice.

For a bigger day out, Dartmoor is about half an hour's drive. Totnes is also about twenty minutes away.
