Sansavino is in Paignton. It's a three bedroom house that sleeps six. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's a good standard, everything should work and be clean.

There's one bathroom. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, so it's best for kids. One of the double bedrooms has a zip and link bed, so you can make it two singles if you need to. The stairs have a stairgate at the top.

You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed, so it's secure for them. There's parking for one car on the drive.

You're about a ten minute walk from Preston Beach. It's sandy and usually quite calm, good for swimming. Paignton seafront, the pier and the town are a bit further, maybe a twenty-five minute walk or a five minute drive.

For days out, Paignton Zoo is very close. The steam railway to Kingswear starts in Paignton. Brixham harbour and Dartmouth are both about a twenty minute drive. Torquay is next door. Dartmoor is about forty minutes if you want to get up onto the moors.

It's got the things you'd expect: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you're bringing little ones.
