The Starfish - Harbour Lights
The Starfish - Harbour Lights is an apartment in Brixham. It's on the first floor of a block opposite the marina. You can see the boats from the living room windows.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The bedrooms are at the back so they're quiet. The master has a double bed, the second one has twin beds.
The living space is open plan. There's a sofa, TV, and a table for four by the window. The view is the main thing. It's east-facing, so you get the morning sun on the water.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The kitchen has what you need: fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine. There's one parking space behind the building.
Location is straightforward. You're right on the edge of the harbour. The town centre, shops, and fish market are a five minute walk down the hill. It's steep coming back up. The South West Coast Path is basically on your doorstep. You can walk to Berry Head in about twenty minutes. The Breakwater Beach is also a short walk.
For a bigger beach day, Goodrington Sands is about a ten minute drive. Paignton is fifteen minutes. Dartmouth is roughly half an hour by car.
Things to know: It's an apartment, so you might hear neighbours coming and going. The stairs up to the front door are a standard flight. No pets.
