This is Landfall in Brixham. It's a three-bedroom house on a normal street about 15 minutes walk up from the harbour. You walk downhill to get to the shops and pubs.
It sleeps six and has one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-fitted. There's a big garden with a table and chairs.
Inside, it's roomy. There's a 40-inch TV, a Blu-ray player, and WiFi. We've left some DVDs and board games in the cupboard. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine.
If you walk for about five minutes, you get to Battery Gardens. The views from there across the bay are very good. You can pick up the South West Coast Path from there. It leads to beaches like Fishcombe Cove and Broadsands.
Brixham is part of Torbay, so Paignton and Torquay are close. Paignton Zoo, the waterpark, and places like Kents Cavern are all within a 30 minute drive. Dartmouth and Dartmoor are also about half an hour away by car.
The facilities are all listed. Bedding is included. There's parking on the drive. No pets, I'm afraid.
