Landfall

Landfall is in Brixham. It’s a standard semi-detached house on a regular street. The back garden is the main feature. It's big, private, and gets the sun.

It says it sleeps six family style. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. The 4 Star rating is because it’s been done up nicely inside. It feels modern and clean. The stairs are normal house stairs.

The walk to the harbour is about fifteen minutes downhill, so remember it’s uphill coming back. The town has everything you need. Proper fishing port, fish and chips, pubs, the usual.

Battery Gardens is five minutes away on foot. That’s the best bit. The views over the bay are good and you can pick up the coast path from there. Fishcombe Cove is along that way.

For a day out, Paignton Zoo is about twenty minutes by car. Kents Cavern in Torquay is similar. The steam railway at Kingswear is worth it if you like that sort of thing. Dartmouth is over the river, maybe half an hour with the ferry.

Inside, it's got a big TV, WiFi, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The garden has a table and chairs. Bedding is included. There’s parking for one car on the drive. No pets.
