It's called Wrens Perch, in Brixham. It's on the hill so the view is good. You look right out over Brixham harbour and the sea.
It sleeps six, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was done up in 2018. It's comfortable, everything works. It's got a 5 Star rating.
The stairs are partly glass with lights in them, it's a bit unusual but fine. Upstairs is all open plan; lounge, dining, kitchen. There's a wood burner and bifold doors you can open onto a Juliet balcony. You can sit there and watch the boats.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms. One has French doors to a patio at the front. The other has doors to a courtyard at the back. There's a shower room downstairs.
On the top floor is the main bedroom. It's got an ensuite with a freestanding bath and a big window you can see the view from.
Out the back is a garden on different levels. There's seating and a hot tub with some lighting.
The property is enclosed, it's got parking. Bedding and towels are included. Pets are allowed, up to two.
The nearest pub is about five minutes walk. There's a shop and restaurant about the same. The harbour and beach are less than a mile.

You can get to Torquay in 20 minutes, Paignton in 15. Berry Head is on your doorstep for walking. Dartmouth is about 45 minutes' drive if you fancy going that way.
