This is Norville. It's in Brixham, up on the hillside above the harbour. You get a view of the sea from the front.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite, which is handy. One has a kingsize bed and doors out to a small balcony. The other has a super kingsize bed. There's a twin room and then a fourth bedroom with a single bed that has a trundle bed underneath for another child. It's a good set-up for two families.
It's a 5 Star place. That means it's well looked after and comfortable. The living room has a woodburning stove. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's WiFi and parking for two cars on the drive.
Outside, there's a terrace with some furniture and then a larger garden behind it. It's a decent space if you've got kids with you.
You're about a ten to fifteen minute walk down the hill to Brixham harbour. It's a working fishing port. There are plenty of places to eat and fish and chips is, of course, an option. The Brixham beaches are good. For a bigger stretch of sand, Goodrington Sands is about a fifteen minute drive.
If you want to explore, you can catch a ferry from Brixham over to Torquay. Paignton Zoo is about twenty minutes away by car. The National Trust has a few spots nearby, like Coleton Fishacre and the Dart estuary. Dartmouth is roughly half an hour's drive.
We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets I'm afraid.
