Singer House Apartment
Singer House Apartment is on Paignton seafront. You're right opposite the beach and the big green. The pier and the arcades are all there, just over the road.
It sleeps six. Two bedrooms, one shower room. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and works fine, but it's not new. The layout is a bit different. You come in through the garden gate.
That garden is fenced in. There's some outdoor furniture and a few toys left out. From there, you go into the kitchen or into the main bedroom. The kitchen is galley style. The second bedroom has a double bed and two singles, so it's mainly for kids. There are toys and a TV in there.
Everything you need in Paignton is on your doorstep. The beach, the cinema, the crazy golf, pubs and restaurants. You can walk to it all.
It's a good base for getting around. Torquay is close, Brixham is about ten minutes by car. Dartmouth and Totnes are maybe twenty, twenty-five minutes away if you want a change of scene.
Facilities: there's WiFi, a TV, parking on site, and the bedding and towels are included. It's all on the ground floor and the entrance is step-free. No pets.
