View Point
View Point is a ground floor apartment. It's part of our house, but it's completely separate for guests. You get your own front door.
The main thing is the view. It looks right out over the bay. You can sit and watch the boats from the living room. The apartment sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
You're about a five minute drive from Torquay town centre. There's a local shop and a pub half a mile away. The pub does meals. Babbacombe village is close, about two and a half miles. That's where Oddicombe beach is, which is a bit quieter. The model village and the theatre are up there too.
In Torquay itself, there's the usual seafront stuff: the big wheel, arcades, crazy golf, and a cinema. Living Coasts is there if you like marine life.
If you want to go further, Newton Abbot is ten minutes by car for bigger shops. Totnes is interesting, about twenty minutes. Exeter is around forty minutes away.
For facilities: there's a patio with a BBQ, a washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, and parking on site. All bedding and towels are included. Sorry, no pets.
