Squirrels

This place is called Squirrels. It's in Teignmouth, in a quiet housing estate. It's detached, so no neighbours connected to you. The big thing is the garden. It's at the back, gets the sun most of the day, and you can see the sea from it. It's a proper suntrap.

The house sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower and the best sea view from the window. Bedroom two has a kingsize bed, and the other two rooms each have a set of bunk beds.

The walk to the beach takes about twenty minutes. It's downhill going there. You can go by road or cut through a park and some woods, which is nicer. The town has all the usual seaside things: fish and chips, a few good restaurants, a pier.

Dartmoor is about a half hour drive. You can be up on the tors pretty quickly from here. Torquay is 20 minutes in the car, and Exeter is about half an hour.

For facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is on the drive for two cars. No pets, sorry.
