Lobster Cottage
Lobster Cottage is in Holcombe. It's a thatched place, one of three cottages joined together. It's old, 17th century, so the ceilings are low in parts. You get a sunny, enclosed patio out the back.
It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. You can bring two dogs.
The stairs are cottage stairs, so they're a bit steep and curved. Just take care.
There are two pubs about two hundred yards away. Both do food. The village shop is a mile and a half. The beach is a five minute walk. It's sandy.
Dawlish and Teignmouth are both about ten minutes by car. Shaldon is three miles away, they've got a beach and a small zoo. Exeter, Torquay, and Dartmoor are all within about half an hour's drive if you want a day out.
It's got a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding is included. There's parking.
