Lobster Cottage is in Holcombe, which is a village between Dawlish and Teignmouth. It's a thatched cottage from the 17th century, one of three in a row. You get an enclosed patio out the back.
It sleeps five in two bedrooms. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. The ceilings are low in places, which is normal for a place this old. You'll need to mind your head.
There are two pubs about 200 yards away. Both do food. The village has a small sandy beach, about a five minute walk down the lane. For a bigger beach you can drive to Dawlish Warren or Teignmouth, or Shaldon over the river. They're all within ten minutes.
Exeter is about half an hour's drive. Torquay and Paignton are about twenty minutes. Dartmoor is maybe forty minutes, depending on which bit you're heading for.
Stuff here includes a washing machine, WiFi, TV, a cot and a highchair. You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed but check the fencing yourself when you arrive if your dog's a jumper.
