Estuary View
Estuary View is a one-bedroom apartment in Exmouth. It's on the seafront, basically opposite the beach and the marina. The name is accurate, you get a full view of the estuary from the main room.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one shower room. It's a 4 Star place, so it's been done up well. It feels clean and modern. The main room has sliding doors out to a small balcony. You can sit out there. It catches the sun in the morning.
The beach is right there, just across the road. It's sandy and long. The town centre is a few minutes' walk one way, and if you walk the other way along the coast path you'll get to the beginning of the Jurassic Coast. The cycle trail along the estuary goes from here up to Topsham. It's flat, good for an easy ride.
If you like water sports, everything's on the doorstep. Sailing, paddleboarding, the lot. There are boat trips from the marina. In the winter, the estuary is full of birds. It's a big spot for birdwatchers.
For a day out, Exeter is about half an hour's drive. Dartmoor is under an hour. The coastal towns like Sidmouth and Beer are within 30 minutes. The National Trust has a lot of properties nearby, like A la Ronde.
There's a TV and WiFi. Washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. A cot and highchair are there if you need them. Parking is on-street, you'll need a permit which we provide.
A few pubs and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. There's a fish and chip shop. For a bigger shop, the supermarkets are a 10-minute walk.
