Estuary View
Estuary View is a one-bedroom apartment in Exmouth. It’s on the first floor. You can see the estuary and sea from the main room and the small balcony.
It’s a four-star place, so it’s comfortable and well-finished. Everything is for two people. The bedroom is a decent size, and the shower is good. The kitchen has what you need if you want to cook.
The balcony is small, just enough for two chairs. But the view is the main thing. It looks straight out over the water. You can watch the boats.
You’re right in the town. The beach and the marina are a two-minute walk. The high street with shops and supermarkets is about ten minutes on foot. There are pubs and restaurants very close by, some right on the water.
For getting outside, you’re on the South West Coast Path straight away. The Exe Estuary Trail for cycling starts nearby too. You can walk or cycle to Topsham along it. The beach is two miles long if you just want to walk along the sand.
If you’re driving, the East Devon heathland is a few minutes away. Budleigh Salterton is about ten minutes along the coast. Sidmouth is about twenty minutes. Dartmoor National Park is roughly forty minutes. Exeter is half an hour, maybe less if the traffic is good.
Included in the price are electricity, WiFi, bedding and towels. There’s a washing machine. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
