Haldon View
Haldon View is in Lympstone. It's a semi-detached house in a quiet lane, right by the river.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which just means it's been done up recently. Everything's new and works properly. There's a bedroom downstairs with its own shower room if stairs are a problem.
The main thing is the view over the Exe Estuary. You get it from the front upstairs bedroom, the living room, and the garden. The garden is terraced. There are 11 steps up from the patio by the house to the upper lawn.
You're a couple of minutes walk from the village. There's a shop, a post office, and two pubs that do food. The harbour is down there too. The station is in the village, with trains to Exmouth and Exeter.
For walks, you can pick up the cycle path to Exmouth or Topsham easily. There are lots of footpaths straight from the door. Exmouth beach is a short drive. If you want a big day out, you're between the coast and Dartmoor.
There's parking for two cars next to the house. It's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
