Seascape
Seascape is a ground floor apartment in Exmouth. It's about a hundred yards from the beach. You can see the sea from the front windows.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable.
The position is the main thing. You can walk out the door and be on the sand in a couple of minutes. There's a shop and a pub that does food about fifty yards away. There's also a seafood restaurant nearby.
The apartment has a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi included. Bedding and towels are provided. There's parking on site. No pets, sorry.
From here you can walk the South West Coastal Path. The Exe Estuary is good for birdwatching. You can get the ferry across the river to Dawlish Warren.
If you want to drive out, Exeter is close. The Jurassic Coast is within half an hour, so places like Sidmouth, Beer, or Lyme Regis are easy for a day out. There's also the National Trust property A la Ronde nearby.
