This is 13 Great Cliff. It's on the seafront in Dawlish, about a minute's walk into town. The railway runs between you and the beach. You get used to the trains, and it's nice to be so close to everything.
The apartment sleeps four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
You're right on the seawall, so you can look straight out across the bay to Exmouth. There's a secluded bit of beach just over the railway bridge to the east. Dawlish Warren isn't far.
Dawlish mainline station is a five minute walk, so Exeter is easy. The South West Coast Path is right outside the door for walking.
For days out, Exeter and Torquay are less than half an hour by car. You can drive out onto Dartmoor in about 40 minutes. National Trust Devon has plenty of places nearby.
Facilities wise, there's a dishwasher and washing machine. The parking is on site, which is useful here. One bathroom has a walk-in shower.
