Orestone House
Orestone House is in Teignmouth. It's a modern house split into two separate apartments, one on the upper floor and one on the lower ground floor. It sleeps up to ten, so it works for a large family or two families together. You get the whole place.
There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so everyone gets their own space. It's a 5 Star property, which means it's well finished and has everything you'd expect. Each apartment has its own living area and kitchen. Both kitchens have those sliding doors that open right onto a terrace.
The main terrace has a lawn and looks out over the sea. It's a south-facing garden, so it gets the sun. There's parking on site and an electric vehicle charger.
You're right on the coast here. You can walk down to the South West Coast Path. Teignmouth seafront and the sandy beach are a short drive or a decent walk away. For a longer beach, Dawlish Warren is about ten minutes by car.
If you want to explore, Dartmoor is about half an hour's drive inland. Exeter is roughly twenty-five minutes in the other direction. The National Trust has a few places nearby, like their coastal spots around here.
