Appletree Apartment
Appletree Apartment is on the Maidencombe road, just outside Torquay. It's one of several apartments in the grounds, but it's self-contained.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious. Everything works. The parking is off-road, right there.
You're about a ten minute walk down the hill to Maidencombe beach. It's a small, sheltered cove. There's a beach café. The Thatched Tavern pub is in the village too.
In Torquay, you've got the harbour, the shops, and a few beaches like Torre Abbey Sands. The English Riviera website has full lists of things going on. For a big day out, Paignton Zoo is good, or you can drive onto Dartmoor in about half an hour.
The South West Coast Path runs right past. You can walk to Torquay from here along the coast, or the other way towards Teignmouth. It's proper walking, with some steep bits and good views.
Inside, there's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. The garden is shared with the other apartments, but there's a bit of a play area for kids. Sorry, no pets.
