Leighwood Cottage
This is Leighwood Cottage in Preston, Paignton. It's a modern, single-storey place. Sleeps two, with one bedroom and an ensuite bathroom.
It's quiet here. You're above the treeline in the garden, so you get a view out over the woods from the patio. There's a path from the garden that goes down into the woods, it's a nice short walk.
The main room is open plan, kitchen and living area. Sliding doors open onto the patio. There's a separate utility room with a washer-dryer and a toilet.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower.
It's about a ten minute walk down to Preston Sands. The town centre is a bit further, but you're on the edge of things so it's quieter. There are good link roads for getting around.
You can walk to Occombe Farm up the road for breakfast. The Church House Inn is a five minute drive away, it's a proper old pub with good food.
Facilities include parking, WiFi, a dishwasher, and bedding and towels are provided. The entrance and everything inside is on one level and wheelchair accessible.
