Turnstone - 2 Linden Court
Turnstone is number two Linden Court, a small development just up the hill from Brixham harbour. It's a ground floor flat for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the view. There's a big picture window in the living room looking straight out over the harbour and the marina. You can sit there and watch the boats come and go. There's also a small balcony with a table and chairs, same view.
It's modern inside. Clean. It has a washing machine and WiFi. The whole building is wheelchair accessible, with parking on site.
You can walk down to the harbour in a few minutes. That's where the shops, pubs and fish and chip places are. It's a proper working fishing port, so the seafood is good. For a longer walk, you can pick up the South West Coast Path. It goes right along the coast.
You can get the ferry over to Torquay from the harbour. By car, Torquay and Paignton are about twenty minutes away. Dartmouth is maybe half an hour.
